With regard to quality control, QC personnel in our manufacturing process effectively reduce the undesirable and prevent the flow of undesirable products to the next process, which not only ensures product quality, but also greatly reduces the inspection time. The final appearance inspection has been fully automated. Our quality control points are as follows:

· Incoming inspection

· Sulfur change test of mixing parts

· The first and two dimensional inspection of the products after sulphur treatment.

· 100% visual visual inspection

· Final inspection before shipment

· Automatic inspection system's appearance and size check.

· Data analysis and statistics to bring out the direction of continuous improvement and confirm the efficiency of production.

· Through PR problem report, ECR project change report, ECN project change notice and internal abnormal record, ensure quality is designed and not based on inspection.

We are deeply aware of the importance of QC in the process from the front-end process to find bad, so we strictly require that each process staff must carry out independent inspection.
